Guys,
    The SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact for Orbit# 271 was nominal for
command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver successful.
The following tasks were completed
1. SetDownlink(320k)
2. reset_master_timer.scr
3. ops_set_sc_time.scr
4. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
5. CAR# 718 Upload ATS  1.IBEX_2015_012_o0273a_v001.scr (172-277)
VC0=1900 with 1 error
VC2=20976 with 0 errors
