All,

I have looked at the orbit 279 ATS,

IBEX_2015_067_o0279a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The constraint violation in

IBEX_2015_067_o0279a_v001.ccvr

is related to the eclipse and isn't a problem.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2015_067_o0279a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2015_067_o0279a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. The outage starts 1+ days after apogee and runs for 2+ days. Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is almost two hours before that in the OEF and the ATS end time is 4 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit279Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (2).

The LE flag is set because of the eclipse. The command start and end times match Ryan's recommendations.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 278 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 279 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.977862,-0.209243,-0.001815 -w ibex-sun -t 2015/03:09:02:29:36
