2015-09-12T22:30:00           Begin HVSTANDBY macros. Will last ~23 min. Completed > 2h prior to LE = TRUE.

2015-09-13T06:30:00           Set LE flag to FALSE
2015-09-13T08:30:00           Begin HVSCI macros. Begin 2h after LE = FALSE (ramping starts a few minutes into the macros).
                                              Collect data in HVSCI for ~ 1 day between eclipse and DESCENDING.
