[Isocops] LEOP Activity Warning

The intent of this message is to advise of an USN Launch support through our Remote Ground Stations (RGS).  This launch will affect
our USN Australia and Hawaii ground stations  station(s) and namely our AUWA01 and USHI02 antennas. This LEOP is expected to begin
April 23 to May 5th, and will continue for 13 days.   (This is actually a continuation of the previous LEOP activity.)

Currently, the LEOP activity has not conflicted with any of the  supports already scheduled.
