Guys,
  The Orbit# 282 Perigee contact for ORbit# 282 was nominal for
command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver successful.
1.reset_master_timer.scr
2.SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. Upload Orbit# 284 ATS
IBEX_2015_112_o0284a_v001.scr (336-434,435*command 386 was dropped*)
4. ops_set_sc_time.scr
5.ACT_ResetTaskRawFailed (AC_FDC)

VC0=1900 with 1 error
VC2=19372 with 0 errors
