[Ibex Mission Operations]

The Orbit# 260 Perigee star tracker image contact was nominal for
command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver was successful.

The SSR_Dump contact for Orbit# 260 failed for command/telemetry and
excessive SSR_Dump data loss.  We lost roughly 10,000 blocks of data when
the software that runs the INP2 file crashed during the contact.  We will
re-dump the missing SSR_Blocks during PERIGEE in Orbit# 261.

inertial maneuver successful
