  The start tracker image contact was nominal for command/telemetry and the
inertial maneuver was successful.

The following objectives were completed

1. CAR# 698 Start Tracker Image Dump
2. CAR# 702 Upload Orbit# 262 ATS (122-218)
3. reset_master_timer.scr
4. ops_set_sc_time.scr
5. at FTG_DumpBackorbit(from start,0,0,0,0)
6. stx,off

VC0=1594 with 0 errors
VC1=1287 with 0 errors
