All,

I have looked at the orbit 261 ATS,

IBEX_2014_267_o0261a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The constraint violations in

IBEX_2014_267_o0261a_v001.ccvr

are all related to the early descent in arc B and the eclipse itself.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2014_267_o0261a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and the required early descent as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2014_267_o0261a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit. The early descending sequence in arc B completes 2 hours before the LE flag is set.

There is one star tracker outage. It starts 2+ hours after perigee and ends about 8 hours later. No despinning should be required due to this outage.

The moon in Lo FOV session in arc B occurs after the early descent so the commands related to it do not appear in the ATS.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit261Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (4).

The LE eclipse flag is set because of the eclipse and the start and end times match Ryan's recommendations.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 260 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 261 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u -0.999856,0.016562,-0.003578 -w ibex-sun -t 2014/09:25:10:20:04
