[Isocops] Command Checklist approved

Hi All,

I give approval. Ken cleared up some confusion I had about the reading the
pointing values from the correct forecast stf file and they now match. The
other question about the 53 or 52 minutes vs 55 minutes has also been
resolved once I was looking at the right line to get the burn end timing
from.

Also, please find below two more pointing positions I had left off the
prior email.

I am attaching the document again with those items cleared up.
