Guys,
    The SSR_Dump/Tracking contact for Orbit# 263 was nominal for
command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver successful.
  The following objectives were completed:
1.reset_master_timer.scr
2.ops_set_sc_time.scr
3. ssr_dump.scr (new)

VC0=1908 with 0 errors
VC2=21567 with 0 errors
