Guys,
    The data lines between USN/PA and the IBEX MOC were restored about 2
minutes into the 1700 UTC contact.  The following objectives were
accomplished

1. Reset_master_timer.scr
2. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. CAR# 711 Upload Orbit# 267 Lo Gain Test
4. CAR# 712 Upload Orbit# 268 ATS

VC0=1301 with 1 error
VC2= 21074 with 0 errors
The full Goat Herder will be available later tonight
