[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 249 ATS v002(8 June 14 - 17 June 14) - v002 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 249 ATS, 

IBEX_2014_159_o0249a_v002.scr, 

and I approve. 

There are no constraint violations in 

IBEX_2014_159_o0249a_v002.ccvr. 

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v003 STF, 

IBEX_2014_159_o0249a_v003.stf, 

except that the ATS has an SSR_DUMP_NEW command. However, this is expected as APL is being used for the dump pass. 

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF, 

IBEX_2014_159_o0249a_v002.oef, 

and as verified with ibex_orbit. 

The Hi ABAB command sequences and timing look reasonable. 

There are two star tracker outages. The first starts almost 2 days after apogee and ends 1.5+ days later. The second starts about 1 1/4 hours before 14 Re descending and ends about 8 hours later (delaying the perigee maneuver). 

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions. 

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file, 

IBEX_Orbit249Contacts.txt, 

for the apogee and SSR dump contact. All other contacts in this orbit will be blind acquisitions. 

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit. 

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 248 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 249 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
