[Ibex Mission Operations]

The Perigee contacts for Orbit# 246 were nominal for command/telemetry and
the inertial maneuver successful.

Yellow OOLs were noted during the contacts for the ACS HM Log counter. The
ACS HM log has incremented to 12877 since the Apogee contact on 15 May 14
@1700 UTC. The previous count was (1).
