[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 248 Hi Gain Test ATS (5 Jun 14) - v001 approval

I have looked at the orbit 248 Hi gain test ATS, 




IBEX_2014_149_o0248a_hgc_v001.scr, 




and I approve. 




There are no constraint violations in 






IBEX_2014_149_o0248a_hgc_v001.ccvr. 




The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF, 






IBEX_2014_149_o0248a_v001_hgc.stf. 




The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test starts in the last segment of arc B when the CEM voltages are at their nominal levels and completes before the next Hi ABAB operations voltage change. The beginning of the test occurs during the monitoring contact.
