[Isocops] IBEX-Hi Background Test Remote Monitoring

Hello IBEX,

The following passes (in UTC) will be used to upload the table for the Hi Background Test and return to nominal sweeping. We will need both a Hi and a Lo rep remotely monitoring these passes.

4/14 1830 UTC - Hi Background Start (19 asc)
4/22 0300 UTC - Hi Background End (17desc)

Please confirm who from your team will be attending these passes.
