[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 240 IBEX_Hi Gain Test ATS - v001 approval

All, 


I have looked at the orbit 240 Hi gain test ATS, 


IBEX_2014_076_o0240a_hgc_v001.scr, 


and I approve. 


There are no constraint violations in 


IBEX_2014_076_o0240a_hgc_v001.ccvr. 


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF, 


IBEX_2014_076_o0240a_v001_hgc.stf. 


The timing of the commands is such that, as planned, the gain test occurs when the CEM voltages are at their nominal levels and completes before the next Hi ABAB operations voltage change.
