Guys,
  I have come up with the following plan after considering the size of the command loads.
1. Orbit# 240 ATS will be uploaded during Perigee of Orbit# 238
2. Orbit# 240 IBEX_Hi Gain Test will be uploaded during Apogee of Orbit# 239 or Perigee of Orbit# 239.
3. Orbit# 241 ATS will be uploaded at Orbit# 240 Apogee.

We will be back on the normal upload schedule once we upload orbit #241 ATS.
this cycle will follow each HI and LO gain Test command loads

Hello,

I do not approve this ATS until there is a plan for orbit 240/241 uploads. There are over 100 commands in each per-orbit ATS and 63 commands in the Gain Test. We may need to remove the apogee contact commands or break the ATS into 2 sequences, one per arc.

I can confirm that the commands in the ATS are correct. I will send out my checklist with my approval.
