 The SSR_Dump contact for Orbit# 233 was nominal for command/telemetry.
The following objectives were accomplished

1. Blind_Acq.scr (160ksps)
2. stx,off  (2014/01:22:04:47:00, 578)
3. reset_master_timer.scr
4. SSR_Dump.scr (new)

VC0=1404 with 0 errors
VC2=22179 with 0 errors
