All,

I have looked at the orbit 234 ATS,

IBEX_2014_022_o0234a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2014_022_o0234a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v004 STF,

IBEX_2014_022_o0234a_v004.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2014_022_o0234a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

The Hi ABAB command sequences and timing look reasonable.

There are two star tracker outages. The first starts 39+ hours after 15 Re ascending and ends 2+ days later. The second starts at apogee and ends 18+ hours later. Some despinning may be required due to these outages.

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions. The OEF shows a moon in Lo FOV session starting before apogee and ending after. The STF only shows the session end so the commands are commented out. These differences are likely caused by different keep out angles.

The ground station command sequence is correct and the timing and bit rate match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit234Contacts.txt,

for the apogee contact. All other contacts will be blind acquisitions while we are doing Hi ABAB operations.

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 233 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 234 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.550214,-0.722809,-0.418105 -w ibex-sun -t 2014/01:23:04:59:45

Lo O-mode for a 24 hour period in arc B (plan 6,7,1,1).

There is no overlap with orbit 233 commands by manual inspection or by checking at
