Guys,
   Here are the two manual changes to the SUN MAneuver.  I copied the wrong
lines when I was putting the Orbit comments on the ATS to make things
easier to follow.

ACT_SetThrustEnable DISABLE $TIME=2014/02:22:19:11:32
ECT_SetHTRCmd CATBED_5N_HTR,OFF $TIME=2014/02:22:19:11:33
