[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 236 ATS (9 Feb 14 - 18 Feb 14)

I approve IBEX_2014_040_o0236a_v001.scr. Command Approval Checklist and Sun Maneuver Checklist are attached.

I did not see a Sun Maneuver Checklist from Tim or Sheral - I’ve not done this for a while so maybe that’s not delivered any more before its uplinked?
