All,

I have looked at the orbit 273 ATS,

IBEX_2015_012_o0273a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2015_012_o0273a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2015_012_o0273a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2015_012_o0273a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. It starts about 1 1/2 days after 15 Re ascending and ends almost 14 hours after apogee (delaying the apogee maneuver). Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc A. The ATS start time is 2+ hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is 3 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual. The OEF shows a second session in arc B. This session does not appear in the STF (not unusual) and commands would not be generated for it anyway as the part of the session after we ascend is too short.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit273Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 272 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 273 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.388285,-0.874648,-0.290218 -w ibex-sun -t 2015/01:12:19:39:14

Lo O-mode in all of arc B (plan 6,7,1,1). There is more than 1 hour between the end of the ascending sequence and the start of O-mode and also more than an hour after O-mode ends and the start of the descending sequence.

There is no overlap with orbit 272 commands by manual inspection or by checking at

http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi .

Command Approval Checklist is attached.
