Reset Master Timer
Set Spacecraft Time
Hawaii Contact went from 160 - 320K
Reset FDC Totals

The ATS "IBEX_2015_002_o0272a_v001" Was not uplinked during these perigee
contacts. Still waiting on Lo team approval. Next Uplink opportunity will
be on Dec 29 @01:00 gmt Haw01
