Guys,
  The Orbit# 270 SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact was nominal for
command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver a success.
The following objectives were accomplished
1. FMI_SetDownlink (320k)
2. reset_master_timer.scr
3. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
4. ops_set_sc_time.scr
5. FMI_SetDownlink (40k)
6. FMI_SetDownlink (320k)

VC0=1886 with 3 errors
VC2=20151 with 0 errors
