All,
   The perigee passes were successful for Cmd an TLM.
uplinked ATS IBEX_2014_358_o0271a_v001 101 cmds
Reset the spacecraft clock
Reset Master Timer
AND we passed a milestone this morning.
We were able to take a couple USN passes with STRING 3!!!!
WE still need to get NX Client working. But we can at this time rotate
String into the Operational network and rotate String 2 out....
And there was much rejoicing... yeah!!!!!
