[Isocops] Primus Line status

All,
   Currently the data line is still down. The last call I made to the
Primus NOC 4:30 pm they had determined that the problem was at a local hub
here at Dulles. Verizon is responsible for maintaining the hub. Primus said
that they have notified Verizon and they are going to send someone out to
the local Hub to reset the piece of equipment during normal working hours.
So, it will either be reset sometime this afternoon or on Tuesday. It's
tough getting information out of these people. This needs to be resolved
prior to the next pass on Sept 3 @11:00 gmt (7:00 am ).
