[Ibex Mission Operations]

The Orbit# 244 Apogee Contact was nominal for command/telemetry and the
inertial maneuver successful.

A Yellow OOL, Yellow OOL Star Tracker Power Cycle (TRUE), indicated that
the Star Tracker Power Cycled after the last contact with APl-18 on 23 Apr
14. When the SSR_Dump occurs on 2 May 14, we will have the exact time of
the reset.

Standing CAR# 344 was run to reset the FDC totals and reset the latch
values.
