[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 245 ATS (1 May 14 - 11 May 14) - v002 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 245 ATS, 

IBEX_2014_121_o0245a_v002.scr, 

and I approve. 

There are no constraint violations in 

IBEX_2014_121_o0245a_v001.ccvr. 

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v003 STF, 

IBEX_2014_121_o0245a_v003.stf. 

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF, 

IBEX_2014_121_o0245a_v001.oef, 

and as verified with ibex_orbit. 

The Hi ABAB command sequences and timing look reasonable. 

There is one star tracker outage. It starts 18+ hours before 15 Re descending and ends 20 hours later. Some despinning may be required due to this outage. The perigee maneuver is delayed for a few minutes due to the outage. 

There is one moon in Lo FOV session. It starts in arc A and ends in arc B. The ATS start time is about 10 1/2 hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is 4 1/2 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual. 

The ground station command sequence is correct and the timing and bit rate match those in the contacts file, 

IBEX_Orbit245Contacts.txt, 

for the apogee contact. All other contacts will be blind acquisitions. 

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands. 

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 244 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 245 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
