[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 247 v002 Contact Request

Hi Sheral,

The High Gain Test contact on 5/27 is scheduled very close to the edge of
the antenna. I think I got the impression from today's call that it can't
really be moved around- is that correct? The other three contacts all look
fine.
