[Isocops] IBEX-Hi Background Test Successfully Started

Hello IBEX,

We have successfully started the IBEX-Hi background test. The test will run for the duration of the orbit. We will remotely monitor the return to normal sweeping on 4/22 0300 UTC (4/21 11pm Eastern). As always, please call in 15 minutes prior to the start of the pass to confirm remote access.
