The Apogee Contact for Orbit# 242 was nominal for command/telemetry and the
inertial maneuver successful.

*RAZOR# 577* was issued for the following reason:
The IBEX CMD1 Workstation loacked up during a contact with USN/HAW01 @2018
UTC. The telemetry/command sockets from USN were dropped by USN prior to
rebooting the work station to avoind hanging the sockets during the
rebooting sequence.
The workstation was back online @ 2028 UTC

The following objectives were accomplished
