The Apogee contact for Orbit# 223 failed for command/telemetry
We had a late AOS @0216.
CAR# 647 was executed and commands were dropped during the ATS load.
I rescheduled a USN/HAW02 Blind_acq contact @0500-0500 UTC and executed
CAR# 648
CAR# 648 Deleted all timed commands and reloaded Orbit# 223 and Orbit# 224
ATS commands
Both commands loads were reloaded successfully.
Orbit# 223 (333-3670
Orbit# 224 (368-470)

The inertial maneuver was successful
