[Ibex Mission Operations]

The Perigee contacts for Orbit# 221 were nominal for command/telemetry and
the inertial maneuver was successful.

The SSR was dumped with less than 500 Blocks of data remaining after LOS.
The remaining blocks of data will be dumped during one of the Orbit#222
