[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 228 IBEX_Lo Gain Test ATS - v001 approval

All, 


I have looked at the orbit 228 Lo gain test ATS, 


IBEX_2013_333_o0228a_lgc_v001.scr, 


and I approve. 


There are no constraint violations in 


IBEX_2013_333_o0228a_lgc_v001.ccvr. 


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF, 


IBEX_2013_333_o0228a_v001_lgc.stf. 


The timing of the commands is such that, as planned, the gain test completes about 1 3/4 hours before the perigee descending sequence begins.
