[Isocops] Chiller plant shutdown

All, 

The primary chiller plant - the one that supplies the UNH computer room - will be shutdown for improvements from 4 PM 6/3 - 5 AM 6/5. The in-building (well, on-building) chiller should take over and we should be able to continue running. However, there have been problems in the past when they have switched chillers so if you have any critical work you may want to keep this shutdown in mind.
