All,

I have looked at the orbit 209 ATS,

IBEX_2013_160_o0209a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2013_160_o0209a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2013_160_o0209a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_160_o0209a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. It starts about 1/2 hour after 15 Re descending and ends about 7 hours after the maneuver window opens (thus delaying the perigee maneuver).

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is about 1 1/2 hours after that in the OEF and the ATS stop time is about 3 1/4 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit209Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 208 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 209 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.237743,0.89514,0.377097 -w ibex-sun -t 2013/06:09:19:20:51
