[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
   Due to a down data line between USN and Orbital, I have scheduled a back
up contact to dump the SSR Data incase the line is still down.
Becuase of antenna nulls and the eclipse, this will be our only chance to
dump the SSR before the next Perigee Contact.  If we are unable to dump the
SSR, I will schedule another 1 hr contact during the next Perigee
