All,

I have looked at the orbit 207 ATS,

IBEX_2013_142_o0207a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There is one constraint violation in

IBEX_2013_142_o0207a_v001.ccvr

but it is related to the eclipse and is expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2013_142_o0207a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 RE ascending (and eclipse end), the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_142_o0207a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages in arc B. The first starts about 10 hours after apogee and runs for almost 2 days. The second starts about 5 1/2 hours before 15 Re and ends about 5 hours after the maneuver window opens (delaying the maneuver).

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.

The ground station command sequences are correct and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit207Contacts.txt

for all contacts (4).

The LE flag is set during the eclipse and the balancing command timing and states match those in the CAR,

CAR-615-EclipseCommands.doc.

The commands are offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 206 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 207 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.511732,0.7922,0.33249 -w ibex-sun -t 2013/05:23:08:15:00
