All,
I have looked at the orbit 206 ATS,
IBEX_2013_133_o0206a_v001.scr,
and I approve.
There is one constraint violation in
IBEX_2013_133_o0206a_v001.ccvr
but it is related to the eclipse and is expected.
The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,
IBEX_2013_133_o0206a_v002.stf.
Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending (and eclipse end), the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,
IBEX_2013_133_o0206a_v001.oef,
and as verified with ibex_orbit.
There is a star tracker outage in arc B. It starts 11+ hours before 15 Re descending and ends about 3 hours after the perigee maneuver window opens (thus delaying the maneuver).
There is one moon in Lo FOV session that starts in arc A and ends in arc B. The ATS start time is 10+ hours after that in the OEF and the ATS stop time is 4+ hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.
The ground station command sequences are correct and bit rates match those in the contacts file,
IBEX_Orbit206Contacts.txt
for all contacts (2).
The LE flag is set during the eclipse and the balancing command timing and states match those in the CAR,
CAR-615-EclipseCommands.doc.
The commands are offset by enough time from other commands.
The inertial precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 205 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 206 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
