[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The SSR_Dump/Tracking contact for Orbit# 200 was nominal for
command/telemetry and the inertial maneuver was successful.  The following
objectives were accomplished:

1. reset_master_timer.scr
2. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. CAR# 613 Upload Orbit# 202 ATS (6 Apr 13 - 15 Apr 13)

4. CAR# 612 Re-Dump Orbit# 198 and #199 SSR Blocks
ssr_dump.scr (dump NBlks)
-Start 53210,NumBlks 20  (VC2=20)
-Start 53680,NumBlks 20  (VC2=20)
-Start 53800,NumBlks 20  (VC2=20)
* The remainder of CAR# 612 will be completed on the 2245 UTC contact*

VC0=1913 with 0 errors
VC2= 23985 with 0 errors (Before CAR# 612)
VC2= 24045 with 0 errors (final VC2 count)
