All,

I've looked at the orbit 201 ATS,

IBEX_2013_087_o0201a_v003.scr

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2013_087_o0201a_v003.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v003 ATS match those in the STF,

IBEX_2013_087_o0201a_v001.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_087_o0201a_v003.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages. The first one starts at 14 Re ascending and runs for about 1.75 days. The second one starts almost 2 days after apogee and runs for about 2 days.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is about 1 hour after the OEF start time and the ATS end time is about 2 hours before the OEF end time. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit201Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (2).

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 200 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 201 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.995298,0.092384,0.029091 -w ibex-sun -t 2013/03:29:02:21:06

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 200 commands by manual inspection or by checking at

http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi .

The Command Approval Checklist is attached. There were two things that I noticed as I was going through the checklist:

1. The ibex/moc/Soc-Moc/stf directory has disappeared on the SFTP server.
2. The orbit 200 v001 OEF file is used as input. We probably should have used the v002 OEF file but since the files seem equivalent except for the time range covered, this shouldn't be a problem.
