[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 200 v002 ATS

Looks great! I confirmed that the only commanding difference is the
addition of the ascending tracking contact. I approve
IBEX_2013_078_o0200a_v002.scr

 

All future ATS planning periods will be 14Re ascending to 14Re
ascending.

Guys,

    Here is V002 of the ATs for ORbit# 200.

The planning period has changed  from  (10_RE ascending - 10_RE
ascending) to (10_RE ascending - 14_RE ascending) 

 

The only changes noted in V001 to V002 is the Tracking Contact on 28 MAr
13 @ 2245

Approvals/Comments are required by 1400 UTC on 8 Mar 13
