All,

I have looked at the orbit 210 ATS,

IBEX_2013_169_o0210a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2013_169_o0210a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2013_169_o0210a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_169_o0210a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages. The first starts about 2 days after apogee and runs for about a day and a half. The second starts about 1 1/2 hours after the perigee maneuver and runs for about 6 1/2 hours.

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit210Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll be doing it in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 209 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 210 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.089936,0.91773,0.386888 -w ibex-sun -t 2013/06:18:19:03:37

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 209 commands by manual inspection or by checking at
