[Ibex Mission Operations]

The Apogee contact for Orbit# 208 was nominal for command/telemetry and the
inertial maneuver successful.

IBEX_ Hi negative collimator voltage  has been set to 1400.  The
YELLOW OOLcorresponding to this new limit was noticed again on 5 June
13 @0600 UTC.
The parameter was changed on 31 May 13 @2325 UTC

Yellow OOL SOH.Hi_COL_NEG_V (-1409.49583945) @1028 UTC

We will continue see this OOL and it will be noted until the payload limits
are changed on MAESTRO.
