[Isocops] LEOP Activity Warning for August 8th.

The intent of this message is to advise of an USN Launch support through our Remote Ground Stations (RGS).  This launch will affect
our USN Australia, Hawaii, and Alaska,  station(s) and namely our AUWA01, USHI01 & USAK01 antenna(s). This LEOP is expected to begin
 August 8th,, and will continue for approximately 120 days, first five days out of AUWA01 the rest primarily with USHI01.


Currently, the LEOP activity has not conflicted with any of the  supports already scheduled.
