[Isocops] Haw02 contact and ACE reset 10 July 13

[Ibex Mission Operations]

All,
   The spacecraft ACE reset on july 8 2013 @13:50 gmt. The spacecraft
following the recovery was nominal except for the CEU Spin count. This
needed to be reset. Executed car 629 "Reset Spin rate on CEU". Teh contact
was also extended from LOS @1535 to 1600. Data rate was changed from 2k up
to 40k so the Flight computer back orbit data could be dumped. A follow on
support has been scheduled for July 12 @14:30 on Hawaii02 station. The
contact s scheduled @40k and will be used to reset the ACS FDC.
