[Isocops] Apogee Contact and ACE reset

[Ibex Mission Operations]

All,
   The spacraft went thru an ACE reset in back orbit. The maneuver looked
nominal. The CEU spin needed to be reset. The contact was extended from LOS
of 1535 to 1600. The CEU was placed in HVENG for 2 minutes then placed bac
in HVSCI. The CEU is now accepting the spin pulse from the from the ACE.
VCID 1 data was dumped during the support and is currently being processed.
The spacecraft looks nominal.
