When you reset the FDC latches, the yellow OOL returned to green,
correct? We will discuss this as a Razor on the 2/6 ops weekly.

The command and telemetry for Orbit# 194 Apogee contact was nominal.

YELLOW OOL: Star Tracker Power cycled between 24 Jan 13 and the Apogee
Contact.  Standing CAR# 344 (S924-OP31210/S924-OP31211)to Reset the FDC
Totals and Response Latch Values was ran during the contact.

The Sun maneuver was successful.
