Hey Ops team!

We will have a 10Re perigee/contact planning meeting Wed 3pm EST. Same
number. Revised CAC 11 template attached.

Orbit 199: I approve IBEX_2013_069_o0199a_TEST_v001.scr
I don't understand how we can have 2 unique sets of Moon in Lo FOV
commands. Is one due to Earth and the other due to the Moon?

10Re Perigee Remaining Tasks:
We have fully approved 2 full standard ATSs. We have 2 things left to do
before we can fully validate the new process. 1) Run on new MPS machine.
2) Sun maneuvers.

1) Tim, Sheral, Has the new MPS machine been updated? If so, please
generate a new FOEF and send out the new version for comparison to the
'*_Old_MPS.oef' version we have been using.

2) Sun maneuver ATS. 
a) Ken, please put out a new FSTF with orbit 200 having apogee & perigee
maneuvers.
b) MOC, FOEF
c) Ken, o0200 STF
d) MOC, o0200 OEF, ATS, CCVR  
e) Nigel, Chelle, ISOC, MOC, approvals
