Nigel,

The ATS and other products normally have the same DOY as the STF. I think the files are named manually though so the difference may be due to fat fingering.

I'll talk to Chelle about the CAC problem.

Thanks Ken.

Should the ATS file also be labeled 068?

Regarding the Transition to Housekeeping at perigee is concerned, the wording of the CAC does not task the second constraint into consideration.

Nigel

Nigel,

The DOY in the STF filename is based on when the orbit begins. As far as this software is concerned, the orbit begins just after the perigee of the previous orbit which occurs on day 68.

We have two constraints on the transition to housekeeping at perigee:

1. Transition at 14 Re.
2. Transition 1 hour before the maneuver.

Since the maneuver window opens at 14 Re + 0.5h, rule #2 above overrides rule #1.

IBEX_2013_069_o0199a_TEST_v001.scr looks good to me. The oef looks good too. A couple of minor notes:

The doy in the STF filename is 068 but it is 069 in the ATS filename.

"Verify with Crossing Times report that Transition to Housekeeping State occurs at 14 Re desc." As was the case in orbit 198, Transition to Housekeeping State occurs 30 minute before 14 Re desc rather than at 14 Re.

All,
Attached are the products for Orbit 199. And again these products were
generated using the 14 - 14 re times.
Enjoy
